Refund policy

You have 24 hours to request a refund after placing your order! Once your ingredients are purchased, a refund is no longer possible. When a refund is processed your money will be refunded back to your original payment method and may take up to 3 business days to appear back in your account.

your item is returned to us automatically due to an incomplete address, you may email us at LLC.360JUICE@YAHOO.COM with your name and order number. Upon receiving your email regarding the return of your order, we will issue a refund minus shipping via a gift card. You may then use this gift card to place a new order, ensuring that you provide the correct information.

In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing proof of the defect or damage. You may retain the original item, and we will promptly send you the correct replacement.
