Do you ship internationally?

No, international shipping is not available

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship out within 1-2 business after being placed, not including weekends or holidays. Be sure that you enter the correct shipping address, if you've realized that you've entered the wrong shipping address please email LLC.360JUICE@YAHOO.COM As soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. 

 

How can I track my order?

 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email that you provided (A valid email) which includes your unique order number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email containing the tracking information. Please kindly allow a few days for the tracking information to become available in the system.

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

 

Note that cancelations are not possible, in the event that you need to update your order information, please contact us at llc.360juice@yahoo.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

 

If your item is automatically returned to us due to an incomplete address, please email LLC.360JUICE@YAHOO.COM with your name and order number. Once we've received your email regarding your order being returned, We will issue you a full refund via gift card!

Why is my order canceled?

 

In order to prevent chargebacks, we regularly conduct fraud analysis on orders and may cancel orders that are deemed to have a medium to high risk. Upon cancellation, we will send a notification email to the address provided by the customer explaining the reason for the cancellation. After canceling your order a full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment, allow up to 5 business days for refund to process.

your item is returned to us automatically due to an incomplete address, you may email us at LLC.360JUICE@YAHOO.COM with your name and order number. Upon receiving your email regarding the return of your order, we will issue a refund minus shipping via gift card. You may then use this gift card to place a new order, ensuring that you provide the correct information.

In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing proof of the defect or damage. You may retain the original item, and we will promptly send you the correct replacement.
